Methodology:

Dr. Perl draws on his own journey of increasing his self-awareness and his personal experience of setting up businesses, some successes, some failures over the years. The trials and challenges he has faced gives him a unique insight into the complexities and stresses of being a business leader.

Supporting his personal expereince, Dr. Perl is trained and qualified in the use of the Human Synergistic’s psychometric tools including 360 surveys. From this he can gain a deeper understanding of the client’s strengths and weaknesses. He is also trained in the use of the Barrett Values, Culture and Leadership tools.

Logistics:

Fees are dependent upon when and where your sessions are held. This can be via videoconference, at your place of work or preferred location. Alternatively you can be coached at docleaf’s offices which are 15 miles north of London.
